Making data reusable in the social sciences

Data management is a key component of opening science at Leiden University. Researchers across disciplines are encouraged to manage and share their data in ways which facilitate reuse. But what does it take to make different types of data – gathered through different empirical approaches in the social sciences – reusable? Are their instances where sharing data simply does not make sense in the social sciences? Join Kathleen Gregory from the Centre for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS) to have a conversation drawing on her own experience and research to consider how social science data of varying types can be made reusable to different publics.

There is no prior knowledge or expertise required to join this OSCoffee, open to all!
