Due to an unexpected technical issue in uSis, users experience delays in some functionalities in uSis ATI & Mobility Management.

We have been receiving reports since last week that people who use the presenter mode in Kaltura Live Room are suddenly dropped from this mode.

Earlier this week we received the first report that participants in Breakout Rooms could hear the sound of the main session and\or other Breakout Rooms. We are in the process of investigating this further with the vendor.

Remote Desktop, Remote Control, Software installation are not possible at the moment with SCCM.

Since the February 28 update, reports have been coming in of various issues surrounding the use of Breakout Rooms in Kaltura Live Room.
