SOLVED: Kaltura Live Room - failure Breakout Room functionality
Since the February 28 update, reports have been coming in of various issues surrounding the use of Breakout Rooms in Kaltura Live Room.
Issue description.
- Student/participants cannot put themselves live (enable their camera and mic).
- Student/participants are randomly removed from Breakout Rooms.
- Sound in the main session is degraded when the Breakout Room session is closed.
Status (SOLVED).
The vendor was able to implement a fix earlier than expected and the issue has been resolved.
