Attend the festive opening of the Schouwburgstraat Garden on 8 May
LUGO, the green office of Leiden University, recently finished the transformation of the Schouwburgstraat community garden. The official festive opening will take place on May 8, between 15.00 and 17.30.
The programme of the opening is as following:
- Opening by the President of Leiden University’s Executive Board: Annetje Ottow
- Leiden University Green Office speaks about the project
- Urban Nature walk, themed "Biodiversity in Urban Environments", provided by the IVN (Instituut voor Natuureducatie en Duurzaamheid, translated, Institute for Nature Education and Sustainability)
- Return to Schouwburgstraat for vegan bites and drinks
