Dutch Linguistic Society

The AVT is the society for all linguists living and/or working in the Netherlands. All areas of linguistics and every approach (theoretical, experimental, descriptive, functional or formal) are welcome. The AVT represents linguists in the Netherlands internationally via CIPL, supports linguistic activities in the Netherlands, publishes Linguistics in the Netherlands, and organises the Dutch Annual Linguistics Day.

New members are very welcome. To become a member, please fill in the digital form or e-mail the secretary Jenneke van der Wal. Members are entitled to present at the Dutch Annual Linguistics Day and receive the yearly issue of Linguistics in the Netherlands for free.
