Sharing all the results of your research transparently is one of the cornerstones of Open Science. During this OSCoffee an introduction to reproducible R markdown reports is given by Jeffrey Durieux. With R Markdown you can turn your analyses into high-quality reproducible documents, reports, presentations, and dashboards. Participants will get an overview of the possibilities and get a feeling of how to start using Rmarkdown (if you want to follow along already, please install the latest version of Rstudio to get the most out of this event).
