How does it work?

Registration

Log In at the Course portal
To access your courses, you can log in in several ways:

Staff and Students of Leiden University or LUMC
Log in via SURFconext using your ULCN account. Select your institution from the list and use your usual login credentials.

Other Users
Not a staff member or student of Leiden University or LUMC?
You can log in via SURFconext using an eduID (which can be created via eduid.nl).

Once logged in, you will have immediate access to your personal learning environment.

Cancellation

If you are no longer able to participate in a course, you can unregister via the Course Portal. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Course Portal.
  2. Select the course you wish to unregister from.
  3. Click on ‘Manage Course’.
  4. The course page will open. Click ‘Unregister’ in the top right corner.
  5. Enter the reason for your cancellation.
  6. Click ‘Complete’.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Your request will be sent to the administration office for review. Please refer to the cancellation policy to see which conditions apply to your situation.

Evaluation

The evaluation will be available from the last day of the course. You can complete it via the Course Portal.

  • Step 1: Log in to the Course Portal
  • Step 2: Scroll down to Evaluation
  • Step 3: Open the Evaluation
  • Step 4: Complete the Evaluation
  • Step 5: Submit the Evaluation
