By car

ECC Leiden is easily accessible by car due to its location on the A44 (2-minute drive) and near the A4. The venue offers 250 paid parking spaces as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. Directions can be found here. To reduce the environmental impact of travel, we encourage anyone traveling by car to car pool with colleagues wherever possible.

By public transport

ECC Leiden is located 2 km from Leiden Central Station. From the station, you can take bus 43 (towards Den Haag), which brings you to ECC Leiden in about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop ‘Dr. Lelylaan / Haagse Schouwweg’. The venue is located 100 meters from the bus stop.

By bike

From Leiden Central Station, it is a 10-minute bike ride to ECC Leiden. When approaching via Haagse Schouwweg, follow the route under the tunnel and then loop back to cross the street toward the venue.

 

For travelling to the party venue, we arranged two coach buses that leave at ECC after the final sessions of the day. If you are traveling by public transport, you can take bus 400 (towards Zoetermeer) from the BioScience Park bus stop (a 7‑minute walk). Get off at Leiden, Energie, from there, it is a 1‑minute walk to Scheltema.

Alternatively, you can take bus 43 from Dr. Lelylaan / Haagse Schouwweg to Leiden Central Station. From the station, it is a 10‑minute walk to the dinner & party venue.
