Institute of Immigration Law
Education
The Institute of Immigration law offers different types of education.
Within the Leiden Law School, the Institute offers different academic courses. At the bachelor level, we offer elective courses taught in Dutch and specific courses taught in English for exchange students. At the Master level, we offer an elective course in the master programme Children’s Rights (in Dutch) and an obligatory course in the Advanced Master Children’s Rights
(taught in English).
The Institute also offers education tailored to practitioners.
Thesis
On this page of the website of the Institute for Immigration Law, master theses are published, that have been supervised by a staff member of the Institute and have been graded with an eight or higher. By doing so, talented students are given the opportunity to publish their work, contributing to the distribution of their acquired knowledge on various topics related to migration law.
