Employability in curricula
In the Employability in curricula project, Mol wants to generate more attention for students’ preparation for the job market by making adjustments to educational programmes. She collects information about employability by means of literature research and based on other programmes’ and employers’ experiences. She wants to use this data to establish the essential skills for the job market and see how these can best be taught to students. Necessary adjustments will be implemented in the curriculum. The Bachelor’s in Archaeology will be used as a case study.
Applied Master’s in Archaeology
Mol will also work on developing an Applied Master’s in Archaeology. The aim of this subproject is to gain more insight into the developments of master’s specialisations that, without losing the academic signature, play on careers outside the academic work field. This project shares the goal of preparing students for work after the programme.
