Outage due to blue screen
After a Windows update, some HP laptops get a blue screen (Probook 430/450 G8). If you also experience this please contact the helpdesk (071 527 8888).

The cause of the problem where a Windows laptop spontaneously gets a blue screen has been found. An update will be sent to affected laptops that will solve the problem. However, to do so, one must be connected to the Campus network (NUWD wifi / EduVPN institute). It may take some time for the update to arrive, should you still experience blue screens you can get the update done at one of the helpdesk desks.
