Impact:
During the maintenance ICT-systems are not available from outside and there is no internet available inside the University buildings.

What does the maintenance consist of? 
The software of the internet routers will be upgraded during the maintenance.
This will give the university a network that is ready for the future and a higher security level.

When will the maintenance take place?
The maintenance is scheduled for Monday 16^th of May untill Tuesday 17^th of May. The work will start at Monday 16^th at 23.59 and end at Tuesday 02.00 hours.

What is the impact of the maintenance?
All university ICT systems that use the internet will NOT be available during the maintenance from outside the university for a short (max. 6 /8 minutes) while. From inside the university it will not be possible to connect to the internet. Telephony will still be available during the maintenance.

What can you expect from us?

• Ultimately two weeks before implementation of the network change, Monday 2^nd of May at the latest, we will send you another e-mail with detailed information.
• An announcement will be posted on maintenance website about the unavailability of the services.
