Restrictions on the use of uSis July 15 and 16 between 12.30 and 17.00 hrs

Limitations
Users will be automatically logged out at 12:30 hrs on the above dates. A ticketing system is active from 13.00 hrs. This means that logging into the system may take some time. A strong request to employees to only use uSis in very urgent cases and to only perform activities that require little capacity from uSis.

The reason
The registration period for bachelor and master students for courses and exams will start on 15 and 16 July respectively. A larger use of uSis than usual is expected. This ticketing system is used to ensure proper functioning of uSis and to provide clarity to users regarding the status of their registration. Students may experience difficulties using the app to register.

The reason
From the 2021/2022 academic year, an unambiguous and clear start date for the registration period will apply for all students. In the future, this process will be supported via the studentportal and the new registration functionality MyStudymap. Because the student portal will not go live until November 2021, the use of the ticketing system is a one-off measure to bridge the transition period.
