The universities of Tokyo and Leiden are jointly establishing a rotating chair named after Professor Hisashi Owada. The Owada Chair focuses on the interaction between international law and international relations in an interdisciplinary perspective. Dominique Moïsi, professor at Kings College London and Special Advisor to l'Institut Montaigne, will be the first to hold this chair.
