The Democracy and Citizenship thematic area is convening a series of bi-monthly meetings for scholars of Leiden University on challenges for democracy and citizenship posed by today's global transformations. 

This is the launch event and will take place between 16.00 and 18.00 on Monday, 28 February 2022 in Wijnhaven, Room 4.78. For this first session, the conveners of this group, Anastasia Ershova, Aleksandra Khokhlova, and Jan Aart Scholte, assemble a roundtable of colleagues who will give short presentations of their projects followed by a discussion and a Q&A session.
