Do you want to explore the buildings of Leiden University in Leiden and The Hague? Visit information sessions of different study programmes, and explore the university buildings and cities during campus and city tours? Join an open day! Leiden University College's information sessions are taking place in our own building, so you get to see the building, speak with our students, visit the info market and take campus tours. Registration will open in a couple of months, but you can already sign up for a reminder.
Continuous activities:
Did you attend an Open Day or Experience Day, and are you wondering what being a student is actually like at LUC? Do you have some burning questions for our current students? Then, this activity is the right one to figure out whether LUC is the right programme for you! By joining LUC as a Student for a Day, you will accompany one of our current students to one of their classes and get to experience LUC as a true student.
Would you like to attend a more small-scale, personal meeting to get acquainted with LUC? Then book an online LUC 101 meeting! You will meet with one of our student ambassadors who will present you the nuts and bolts of LUC and plenty of time to ask all your questions.
We try to facilitate visits to our beautiful campus when possible. If you are interested in visiting our building, and it is not possible for you to attend one of our events, please feel free to send us a request for a tour at least a week in advance. We will do our best to link you up with one of our students for a campus tour.
Please note: during the summer months, our building will undergo a large-scale renovation. Normally during a tour we like to showcase the academic floors, with classes and study spaces. These floors will be far less accessible during this period, from June 8th - August 31. In addition, please be aware that many of our students are on holiday during the summer months and we cannot always guarantee that it is possible to visit at your requested date.
So this summer, if you decide to visit LUC, you will be able to meet with a student, and they will show the student accommodation if possible. You can ask them about their experiences and see where the building is located, but please be aware that we cannot give you the full LUC experience as we'd normally like to.
