Call for Judges
The Telders Organizing Office (TOO) has opened registration for Judges for the Semi-Finals of the 44th edition of the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition.
Online
The Telders Moot 2021 will be an online mooting competition. The Semi-Finals take place from Monday 7 to Friday 11 June with three rounds per day, from 10:00-12:00, 13:00-15:00 and 16:00-18:00 hrs CET. The Final Round will be held on Saturday 12 June.
Case
The 2021 Telders problem explores issues related to sustainable development. Specifically, it addresses questions concerning environmental protection and climate change, the binding effect of unilateral declarations, the interaction between international investment law and allegations of corruption, and the immunities of State officials from foreign criminal jurisdiction.
Registration
The Telders Organizing Office would like to welcome Judges for the semi-finals of the Competition. Academics, practitioners and experts in public international law are welcome to register via the Registration Form for Judges. Please register by 30 April.
