Yes, The International Association for Assyriology (IAA) offers grants to early career scholars (PhD and post-doc) for attending the RAI; and the Netherlands Institute for the Near East (NINO) offers a limited number of grants to scholars residing in the Middle East or North Africa. Applications should be submitted through the IAA and NINO websites.

Yes, we do invite publishers to set up book stalls at the RAI. We hope to make a wide selection of publications on Ancient Near Eastern Studies available to our conference participants.

The bookstalls will be located at the central venue (Lipsius building). The rental fee of a book table (c. 160/80 cm) is € 75 for the duration of the conference. Tables can be rented via our online registration system. We kindly ask all persons who will be working at the bookstalls to register for the conference as well.
