Formulation of biopharmaceuticals

A major challenge in the formulation of biopharmaceuticals is to overcome their inherent instability. We are studying the underlying mechanisms of degradation of biopharmaceuticals (especially therapeutic proteins and vaccines) in both liquid and dried formulations.
