Practical information

Diner
Prior to the lecture, we offer a hotchpot buffet (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) in our restaurant for € 12,50 per person. Reservation is required. You can reserve your meal(s) on the registration form for the lecture, but it's also possible to do this at a later time. Making or changing a reservation is possible up to and including Thursday 5 December. You can pay for your meal(s) on the spot in our restaurant with pin or cash.

Location & accessibility
Both the dinner and the lecture take place in the Gorlaeus Lecture Hall, in the canteen, and in lecture hall C4/C5. This location is easily accessible by public transport; various buses run from Leiden Central.

You can park free of charge on the parking space on the Ehrenfestweg, opposite the building. There are additional free parking spaces at Sylvius, a little further away. From this location from 16:30 free shuttle buses run to the location of the lecture. After the lecture and drinks, until 10 p.m., the buses will also drive you back to the Sylvius.
