SOLVED: Surfconext malfunction
SURFconext and other SURF services are currently experiencing reduced availability due to a nationwide outage on the SURF network the database is down. As a result, users from all institutions cannot log in to services connected to SURFconext. Meanwhile the problem seems almost under control and services are becoming available again. We will keep you informed here.

Solved: Network Disruption Odido
We are currently experiencing a network disruption with Odido, which is affecting our mobile phone accessibility. As a result, you may not be able to reach us via the mobile network. Good to know: Calling over WiFi appears to be working. If possible, we recommend using WiFi calling to get in touch with us. We understand this is inconvenient and are working with Odido to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This page will be updated as soon as we have more information or the issue is resolved.

SOLVED: Malfunction network
Due to a malfunction on the network we currently experience problems with varies services, including: Phone (also 8888), Email, Remote workplace (Citrix) and the helpdesk portal. Other services may have been affected as well. We are currenlty solving the problem.
