SOLVED: Issues with MFA.
We are currently experiencing issues with logging in via MFA for students (BrightSpace and others). We are in the process of investigating this problem.

After a short disruption, logging in using MFA is possible again.
A number of employees are also experiencing problems logging in via MFA

At this time, a work around has been found so that login via MFA is possible again, we are still investigating the cause of the outage.
