SOLVED: Disruption in video conferencing software and video management platform due to AWS issues

A global outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS) caused issues today with our video conferencing software and video management platform. This resulted in: For the video conferencing software: Problems with joining meetings and group chats. For the video management platform: Delays in transcription and transcoding tasks, as well as limited functionality for recording, chat, polls, and the whiteboard.
