SOLVED: Disruption video portal
On Monday, 12 January 2026, there was a disruption in the operation of the video portal. The video portal is displaying an error message and is unavailable. We are currently investigating the cause and working to find a solution. We are in close contact with the supplier and will post updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Update January 13 – Video Portal Outage
The supplier has identified the cause of the outage and is working with ISSC on a solution. The video portal is still unavailable. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
Update 14 January – Video Portal Outage Solved
ISSC has implemented a fix for the video portal disruption. The portal previously showed an error message and was temporarily inaccessible.
The video portal is now fully available again.
