20 and 21 November: Major maintenance of the University network

In the weekend of 20 and 21 November, there will be major maintenance in the heart of the university network. This is a follow-up to the major network servicing of 31 July.
The university network will be unavailable from Saturday 20 November 9:00 up to and including most of Sunday 21 November.

Both at home and on campus, you will not have access to the university network or the buildings during the maintenance work. All systems for which you need to log in with your ULCN credentials will not be available. This means that you will not have access to services like Brightspace or Remote Workplace. The university’s website will also not be available and all university buildings will be closed on both days.

• The university network will not be available. You will not be able to use Remote Workplace (Citrix).
• Office 365 and OneDrive will most probably work as normal, but we cannot guarantee this.
• MS Teams will probably also be available, both the app and the web version. But if you are requested to log in again to a Microsoft service, this might not work.
