Storage infrastructure unavailable due to planned maintenance

Description: Upgrade of the storage infrastructure

Impact: During work, there are short interruptions to the availability of (windows) network shares (P: and J: drives) at two times.

This interruption is only for a few seconds and only for employees who are currently retrieving or writing a file from the P: or J: drives.

The moment of interruption coincides with switching over within the redundant storage system during the upgrade and it is not possible to schedule the moments exactly between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

It is expected that active users will not notice the interruption. If, exactly at the moment of switching, a user makes a read or write assignment and an error message still appears, it is advisable to perform the action again (read the file again, or save it or by means of a refresh (pressing F5 in windows) reload the page).
