LAPP publishes on Leiden Law Blog
Esther Kentin wrote a blog for the Leiden Law Blog about the EU Plastics Strategy: ‘Recycling as panacea for plastic pollution: the EU Plastics Strategy.’
This document was long awaited and finally published in January by the EU. The strategy focusses on recycling but pays little attention to the reduction of plastics and alternative materials. LAPP will continue to study the strategy and will follow implementing initiatives.
