OPEN POSITIONS:
The Administration officer will keep a protocol of committee meetings to ensure that other committee members do not lose track of LUGO’s planning. This includes keeping to-do lists for the upcoming events and making sure that all goals are reached on time.
The Brand Manager will be responsible to help represent LUGO during promotion events. Your main aim is to increase the visibility of LUGO in Leiden and The Hague and make people familiar with LUGO and the aims of the organization. Most importantly, you will be in close contact with LUGO’s board members (the Marketing and Outreach Coordinator and the Online Communication Coordinator), where you will be involved with the creation of promotional material both online and offline (eg. taking pictures for social media, writing promotional content).
The Outreach Officer will be in charge of finding interesting speakers and topics to share with the public. This also includes the communication with professors or other organizations we want to collaborate with.
The Project Manager has to think about how to realize the ideas we have for upcoming events. Should we present the next topic with a talk, with a Q&A, or should we prepare a quiz or some sort of competition? If you are creative and can think out of the box, this is the position for you! Because we will work a lot with online events, this also includes finding the right online platforms and getting familiar with their functions.
