This course does not provide housing. We invite you to take a look at these options for accommodation in The Hague as well as options for accommodations in Leiden.

Do note that the two cities are linked by frequent train rides of 12-18 minutes as well as night trains.

Course fees

The tuition fee for the 2026 edition is €1350.

However, there is a reduced early bird fee of €1.100 for particularly well-qualified applicants who cannot afford the full participation fee. Applicants who consider themselves eligible for this reduced fee, must apply online before 1 April 2026, and must indicate in their cover letter accompanying their online application form, why they qualify for the reduced fee. Any questions applicants may have about the fee etc. should also be included in that cover letter.

What's included

The fee includes access to course materials, a certificate of participation, an information briefing at the International Criminal Court (upon availability), coffee/tea during breaks, a welcome dinner, five lunches, and a farewell dinner.
