Course fees
The tuition fee for the 2019 session is €950 for professionals and €795 for students. Participants who have registered for at least another Grotius Centre summer school in 2019 also pay a reduced fee of €795.
Leiden University, TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam Students
Students from Leiden University, TU Delft, and Erasmus University Rotterdam benefit from a reduced fee and pay €495.
Scholarships
We are offering two partial scholarships to the programme. The scholarship will partially cover the course fee but not any other costs such as accommodation or transport. Those benefitting from the scholarships will pay a fee of €495.
To be considered for the scholarships, we invite you to apply before 1 June 2019 and to include in your motivation letter a short explanation on why you need financial help and how this programme relates to your future prospects.
What's included?
The fee includes access to the course materials, a certificate of participation, a visit to the Museum of Ethnology (tbc), lunches and refreshments on class days, a course dinner, and a drinks reception.
Housing
The Grotius Centre does not provide housing but we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable place to stay. Here are some options for accommodation in The Hague.
