Fees

Ticket availability is currently limited to 80 Student/PhD tickets, 80 Academic and 30 Industry tickets. Please contact us if your preferred ticket is not available anymore.

What's included in the fee?

• Access to the scientific sessions
• Daily lunch and coffee or tea during coffee breaks (special dietary restrictions can be specified in the registration form)
• Conference dinner

Registration process

Credit card processing is handled by the online payment company Paylogic. During the payment process, Paylogic will ask you to create a user account. Payment is directly linked to the registration process, so please keep your credit card details ready.

You can order a ticket by selecting the "ticket quantity" (1 ticket per attendee allowed). You can pay by VISA, Mastercard or PayPal (or iDeal/Wero if you live in the Netherlands).
