He obtained his PhD (summa cum laude) from the European Doctorate in Law & Economics program, provided jointly by Hamburg, Rotterdam and Bologna. Previously, he was a researcher and lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Jaroslaw worked for multiple projects, commissioned among others by the OECD, European Commission and European Parliament. His broad areas of expertise include global governance, (international) political economy, institutional economics, fiscal policy, and microeconometrics.
