Gabriela is a current master’s student Public International Law at Leiden Law School.
I am an enthusiast for pro-bono work and I’m also eager to bring positive change to the issue of plastic pollution. This is a prevalent and urgent matter that I believe calls for a collective action and common effort in order to make a change. Regulation and law is a powerful means of making developments on a large scale. Utilising students and professionals’ skills and abilities can lead to valuable work being conducted. I am excited to be part of the Leiden Advocacy Project on Plastic and work with like-minded people and undertake vital research.
