Supervisor
Teun van der Linden (1985) studied law at Leiden University from 2004 until 2011, and obtained his master degree in 'Civil Law' ( cum laude) and 'Encyclopedia and Philosophy of Law'. Since august 2011 he works as a PhD-Student at the Institute of Private Law. As a Phd-Fellow he investigates the structure of the law of unjust enrichment. He is teaching in the field of Private Law as a junior lecturer.
