Laura studied Law at Leiden University, obtaining her bachelor’s degree cum laude in 2023 and her L.L.M. in Administrative and Constitutional Law summa cum laude in 2025.

More information about Laura Hanrath

During her master’s degree, she worked as a student assistant at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law. In addition, she received her Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of Oxford with a distinction and took extra courses in political philosophy. Her academic interest concerns the role of courts in public interest litigation, taking into account constitutional limits on the one hand and legal protection on the other.
