The route to the entrance is paved and level.
There is a ramp of about 3 metres.
There is a revolving door and a door with pull handle.
The passage of the revolving door is about 70 cm wide, that of the pull handle door about 95 cm.
There is a doorbell.

After the entrance, turn left at reception. After the ramp, the lifts are on the right.

Possible obstacles

The ramp is very narrow.
Exterior door does not open automatically.
There is a threshold about 20 cm high in front of the entrance.
There are doors in the building that have to be opened by hand.
Not all glass walls are marked.
The roof terrace is not accessible to wheelchair users.

Parking in Leiden

City centre

Are you visiting the Hortus botanicus, student centre Plexus or one of our faculties in the centre of Leiden? There are (limited) opportunities for paid parking on the streets and along the canals. An alternative is Parking Leiden Haagweg car park, which is easily accessible from the access roads to Leiden. A free shuttle bus will take you to any location in the centre of Leiden and pick you up again at any time. You can also walk: the car park is about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

Leiden Bioscience Park

If you are visiting the University Sports Centre or the Gorlaeus Campus, you can park your car in the Ehrenfest parking garage. For parking near the Einthoven bulding or the Agora building (Faculty of Social and Behavioural Scienes) we refer you to Parking lot Rijnveste.
