On Thursday, 16 April 2026 our yearly Leiden Alumni in Brussel Event takes place at a new location: the King & Spalding Office at The Louise.
Our keynote speaker is Geoffrey van Leeuwen. Van Leeuwen serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of the Office of the Secretary General at NATO headquarters in Brussels. He manages the staff supporting Secretary General Mark Rutte and previously held roles in the Netherlands as diplomat, National Security Advisor and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Cooperation. He is Leiden alum of both Law and History.
