A number of ULCN services are currently delayed or not available at all.
These are uAcces, ULCN.nl and other links to ULCN.

We are currently investigating the root of this problem.
Update 12:35:
Problem is fixed for all supported browsers. Work-around for Google Chrome is to shut it down completely and restart it.
