Issue description.
Due to an unexpected technical issue originality reports in Turnitin are not generated upon submission.
We strongly recommend all instructors not to access Turnitin Assignments as long as this issue persists. Do not open Assignments in your course. If you access the Turnitin Assignment submission overview, it will result in an error communicating with Turnitin.
After the issue has been resolved, similarity reports will be generated automatically, provided that you did not access the Assignment during the issue. We will provide an update as soon as the issue has been fixed.
Please note, that we will be able to help you to fix all submissions with an error, after Turnitin has resolved the issue.

Turnitin is struggling to generate similarity reports, although the problem has been resolved, there is still a large backlog.

To anyone who has subscribed to Turnitin.com status updates, the issue has not been resolved, despite the fact that the message states otherwise.
