SOLVED: Issue Mediasite / Weblecture Live Streams
Due to a technical issue some users may experienced issues with Weblectures / Mediasite live streams. Please note that there are no issues with recording and playback of live streams.
Issue description
Users may experienced one of the following issues:
- No video is available during the live stream
- No audio is available during the live stream
- The live stream is available, but will not play (no audio and video are available).
- The live stream is not available at all.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Playback recorded live streams
Please note that live streams that are affected by this issue, but are being recorded will be able to playback with both sound and video. In this way students and teaching staff are able to rewatch live streams.

Livestreams are still working as aspected. Therefore, we mark this issue as resolved.
Monday 13 September 2021 16:00
No issues have occured since 13:00. We will keep monitoring and post and update tomorrow.
Monday 13 September 2021 13:00
The issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the service. We are still investigating the root cause with the supplier to prevent issues in the future.
We will post a new update at 16:00 at the latest.

The supplier has found a new error that had not occurred before today. They are investigating the log files and working on a fix as soon as possible.

Monday 13 September 2021 11:00:
In our test we have found that the recordings of the weblectures / livestream are not affected by the issue. Both the sound and the video are recorded without any problems of the livestreams that are taking place at this moment.

Reports have come in that some weblectures are experiencing issues. We are investigating the issue with the supplier.
