RESOLVED: uSis login unavailable
Due to an unexpected technical issue students and staff members could not login to uSis.
Description of the issue:
Start: Wednesday 20 October 12:00
End: Wednesday 20 October 12:55
Students and staff members were unable to login to https://usis.leidenuniv.nl/ due to a technical issue.
Workaround
We advise all students to use the Students' app to enroll for classes or to review your timetable as long as this issue persists.
Status
Update 14:15
The implemented fix is succesful and the login functionality remains stable. Therefore, we mark this issue as resolved.
Update 12:55
The login is working again. We will continue to monitor the login functionality and will post another update later today.

Together with the supplier we are investigating the issue and working on a fix.
