Due to an unexpected service disruption some Turnitin features were unavailable.

Due to an unexpected service disruption some Turnitin features were unavailable.

Students: Students were not affected by this outage and were still able to turn in assignments.
Teachers: During the issue, you could not evaluated submitted work in FeedbackStudio. Moreover, it was not possible to login to turnitin.com.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Update 13:30
The root cause of the problem appeared to be a global internet outage which affected multiple websites/servers in the UK.
The supplier of Turnitin has resolved the issue and all Turnitin functionalities are working as usual again.
