Due to an unexpected technical issue some functionalities within Brightspace are not available.

Due to an unexpected technical issue some functionalities within Brightspace are not available. Functionalities that are affected:
- My Courses widget
- Course Content
- SCORM Objects
- Zoom access via Brightspace
Please note more functionalities within Brightspace may be affected.
Status:
Update Wednesday 8 December 09:00
The service has been stable overnight, therefore we mark this issue as resolved.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We see significant improvement in the performance of the affected functionalities. We'll keep monitoring the service and place an update tomorrow morning.

The affected Brightspace functionalities seem to be working again. We are closely monitoring the service.

Unfortunately, the performance of all Brightspace functionalites has not been restored. The supplier is working on a fix.

The supplier has implemented a possible fix. We are currently testing all functionalities on their performance.
