SOLVED: Integration issue between uSis and Brightspace
Due to an unexpected technical issue in the uSis-Brightspace integration, not all course enrollments and unenrollments in uSis were being processed in Brightspace.
Description of the issue.
Due to an unexpected technical issue in the uSis-Brightspace integration, not all course enrollments and unenrollments in uSis are currently being processed in Brightspace.
Students: During this issue your enrollments and unenrollments in uSis may not proces in Brightspace. Therefore, you will not be automatically enrolled or unenrolled in/from all Brightspace courses at this moment.
Instructors: Please note that your students may not able to enroll themselves for Brightspace courses during this issue.
Please note that after the issue has been resolved all enrollments and unenrollments in uSis that did not process during this issue, will be automatically processed in Brightspace.
Status:
Update Tuesday 14 September 13:00
We can confirm that all enrollments and unenrollments are now processed within Brightspace. Students should no longer experience issues.

The provided fix seems to work and we can see enrollments that were stuck are being processed. Please note that it might take some time before the enrollments and unenrollments are processed within Brightspace.
We will post another update at 16:00 at the latest.

The supplier has implemented a possible fix. We are currently testing the integration to see if all enrollments and unenrollments are being processed.

We found that the problem may have started on Friday 10 September 21:00. At this point we cannot say for sure which enrollments and unenrollments are affected. We are working hard on a solution in cooperation with the supplier.

We have discovered that not all student enrollments are coming over. The supplier has been called in and is working hard on a solution.
