SOLVED: Unable to reach TOPdesk and helpdesk portal.
We are currently experiencing problems with TOPdesk, which means that TOPdesk and the helpdesk portal cannot be reached. We are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Update: We have identified the problem and are currently working on a fix. our expectation is that this will be resolved quickly

Update: All the issues have been resolved and TOPDesk and the helpdesk portal are up and running again.
