SOLVED: Disruption E-Mail
At the moment, some of our users are experiencing problems with the mail. We are investigating the issues As a workaround you can use the webmail.

After some investigation the issue was solved, due to an update it was not possible for some users to reach their mail.
The mail should now be accessible again.
