Hand in your graduation form before 1 July!
If you wish to graduate this summer, please remember to hand in the Graduation form: before 1 July. Please note you can already hand in your form without having received all your final grades.
You can do this at the Student Information Desk on the second floor, open daily between 9.30 – 12.30. You also need to upload your thesis in PDF to the Leiden Repository . Uploading your thesis is mandatory.
You can login to the Repository via the following page: https://openaccess.leidenuniv.nl/
Without uploading your thesis, the administration cannot issue your diploma.
The graduation ceremony will be on Friday August 30. You are allowed to bring two guests to the ceremony.
If you hand in your form after 1 July, you are not allowed to participate in the ceremony.
Also, if you do not know who your second Thesis supervisor is, you can leave this space blank.
If you have obtained all your credits (the required 180 credits of the programme), but still need to wait for an extra-curricular internship or minor grade, please indicate this clearly on your Graduation form.
