In memoriam: LHSC founder Andrea Evers

Prof. Dr Andrea Evers, one of the founders of the LHSC, passed away on 4 August. Andrea was an inspiration and driving force behind the LHSC. With her inspiring vision, she managed to connect other parties in Leiden as key partners to the LHSC.

Andrea had a big heart for a healthier society and specifically for promoting the health of Leiden's residents. She was the driving force behind the formulation of a mission and vision, with respect for everyone's complementary knowledge and experience. We will greatly miss Andrea's drive and visionary ideas. She lives on in our activities, as we follow in her footsteps to further develop the objectives of the LHSC.
