At Leiden University, I teach three core courses. Two of these courses are on Technology and Operations Management (one MSc and one BSc course), and one on Systems Optimization.

Achieving student engagement
There are three principles and rules that I believe to be effective for achieving a higher level of student engagement and learning. First, deliver lectures clearly, concisely and in a structured way. Second, spark students to think critically. Third, make mathematics fun and tractable.’
