Recensie boek Sofia Ranchordas in American Journal of Comparative Law
Het American Journal of Comparative Law (Fall 2016, pp. 790-94) heeft een zeer positieve recensie gepubliceerd van het boek van Sofia Ranchordas getiteld ‘Constitutional Sunsets and Experimental Legislation’ (Edward Elgar). Het boek is gebaseerd op haar proefschrift waarop zij in 2014 cum laude is gepromoveerd.
De recensie door dr. Yaniv Roznai sluit af met "This is a superb publication and a wonderful contribution to the literature. The book is thought-provoking and makes the reader reconsider the traditional perception of “permanent legislation” compared to a more dynamic, flexible, and evidence-based lawmaking. ….
